I grew up in a musical environment where music was a constant presence. My home was filled with musical instruments, and my father always played the piano. It didn't take long before I sat down at the piano and started playing by ear. At the age of seven, I began taking piano lessons, which helped me develop my piano skills and the ability to read sheet music. My passion for music production was always present, and after a few years, I had the opportunity to start using an FL Studio package, where I could apply my piano knowledge. This came naturally to me.

Later on, I started collaborating more frequently with friends who were also interested in music production. We experimented with various music genres and brainstormed creative ideas. After completing my high school education, I decided to explore my other hobby by enrolling in an audiovisual design program at Sint Lucas in Eindhoven. Besides my passion for music production, I also found myself frequently involved in filming and editing. Combining film and music became a growing interest, and I even began composing music for films, including projects for various companies.

I quickly realized that my next step had to be the Herman Brood Academy, an educational institution that strongly appealed to me and seemed like a perfect fit for my interests. This MBO program offers the opportunity to fully immerse oneself in music creation and production alongside other talented students. While my passion and dream primarily revolve around producing music in the tech house, pop, and EDM genres, and enhancing my mix and mastering skills to create the perfect sound, this remains my ultimate goal for the future. Currently, I'm in my final year at Sint Lucas, and upon completing this year, I hope to take the next step and enroll at the Herman Brood Academy to further develop my talent and passion. My aim is to produce electronic music and perform as a DJ for larger audiences, as it greatly appeals to me at this moment.

As for my work experience in the music industry, I already have several exciting projects under my belt:

• I DJed at the "Paradijs van het Zuiden" in Den Bosch, where I was responsible for the silent disco stage.

• I had the opportunity to perform at the "Peteyfest" festival in Lierop, even playing on the main stage.

• I showcased my skills at "Knalfuif Indoor," a festival in Den Bosch, where I performed as a DJ in front of a sizable audience.

• I also own a Defender, on which a DJ booth can be mounted, and I've used it at multiple events.

To improve my DJ skills, I regularly practice in my home studio with Pioneer CDJs, the same equipment I use during my performances.

All in all, I am deeply passionate about music and have already gained significant experience and accomplishments in the music world. My goal is to continue developing my passion and talent and share it with a broader audience as I progress toward my dream of music production and DJing, with the Herman Brood Academy as my next step.
